Method
We clear gutters with a purpose-built gutter vacuum on extendable poles, working from the ground. It reaches over conservatories and extensions, and a camera on the pole lets us check every run is clear and take photos if you would like to see.
Access
You don't need to be in, but we do need access to a plug socket for the vacuum: we bring our own extension lead. Side gates unlocked and the drive clear, please.
From £45 for a whole house. The final price depends on the length of guttering, how many storeys and ease of access, so we will visit before we quote.

Water spilling over the edge in rain, plants growing out of the gutter, green or black streaks down the wall below it, or a damp patch inside near the top of a wall. If a gutter has never been cleared, it needs clearing.
We'll always tell you. If we see a crack, a missing bracket, a wasps' nest or anything else while we're working on your house, we report it, with a photo from the camera if that helps.
No. Clearing empties the inside of the gutter so it drains. Washing cleans the outside of the gutters, fascias, downpipes, soffits and barge boards so they look clean. Ask for both when you request a quote.
